If you have an allergy to ramucirumab or any other part of ramucirumab. If you are allergic to any drugs like this one, any other drugs, foods, or other substances. Tell your doctor about the allergy and what signs you had, like rash; hives; itching; shortness of breath; wheezing; cough; swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat; or any other signs. If you are breast-feeding. Do not breast-feed while you take this medicine. This medicine may interact with other drugs or health problems. Other drugs may be given to help with infusion side effects. Have blood work checked as you have been told by the doctor. Talk with the doctor. Have your urine checked as you have been told by your doctor. This medicine may cause liver problems to get worse in people who already have liver problems. Talk with your doctor if you have liver problems . A very bad and sometimes deadly brain problem called posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) has happened with ramucirumab. Call your doctor right away if you have signs like feeling confused, lowered alertness, change in eyesight, loss of eyesight, seizures, or very bad headache. This medicine may cause fertility problems. This may affect being able to have children. Talk with the doctor. This medicine may cause harm to the unborn baby if you take it while you are pregnant. Use birth control that you can trust to prevent pregnancy while taking this medicine and for 3 months after care ends.
