If you are taking this medicine and have high blood pressure, talk with your doctor before using OTC products that may raise blood pressure. Drink lots of fluids to stop fluid loss. Good mouth care, sucking hard, sugar-free candy, or chewing sugar-free gum may help with dry mouth. See a dentist often.
